 +*You will find the lake outside the property full of (hungry) fish and resident ducks.  There is no fence to separate the lake from the property so please be careful with young children.
  
 +*Upstairs balcony area - There is a table on the balcony area which seats six.  There is a parasol for the table which may have been taken down if very windy.  This should be on the balcony if this is the case.

 +*Hanging chairs - There is a hanging chair on the balcony.  This may have been taken off its stand to prevent it banging around if it has been windy.  Please hang this up if you want to use it in this case.  If the cushion is not on the chair this may have been placed in one of the covered areas downstairs to keep dry.  Please remove the cushion to a dry area if it is rainy if you are able to.  There is an additional hanging chair in the covered area downstairs looking out to the lake.

 +*Lights - The switch for these is next to the door leading to the balcony.

 +*Downstairs terrace - There is a corner sofa and coffee table.  The back cushions in particular can be taken in the wind and you may find these stored in the ends of the table and corner of the terrace.  Please place these as needed when you want to use them.  We would be grateful if you could ensure they are returned to safe places if it is extremely windy.

 +*Lights - There are lights in the outdoor terrace.  The light switch in bedroom two needs to be on, as well as the outside switch, in order for these to work.
